All Mail In and Walk In Artists must complete the following steps to submit art to DemiCon’s Artshow
1. Click on the following link http://mycroft.dmsfs.org/
2. Create a user name and password
3. Send an email to artshow@demicon.org . Please include the user name you created in the email.
4. Once you have received a response email, log in using the user name and password you created in step 2 at the following link http://mycroft.dmsfs.org/
5. Follow directions located on the left hand side of the screen. To print forms you will need Adobe Reader
6. Contact artshow@demicon.org with any problems or questions.

Completing the online forms is required for you to enter your work in the Art Show. If you are planning to send mail-in art or you are planning to bring the artwork with you, please complete the above steps and print out a copy of the control sheet and attach bid sheets to all artwork
- Controlling and tracking submissions and sales can be complicated. We receive over 600 individual pieces of art each year, so your careful attention to paperwork procedures will allow us to quickly and accurately return your work and render payment.
- To expedite print sales (in both print shop and Main Display area), please make sure that each individual print has a legible price and the artists' name affixed to it.
- Bid Sheets, delivered 6 to a page, should be cut apart, filled out for each individual piece and attached to each individual work submitted. We recommend attaching the bid sheet to the back of the piece along the bottom so that it is visible from the front of the piece.
