Your registration is picked up at the convention. We do not mail the memberships to you. Remember to bring your Photo ID so you can pick up your badges. If you do not have your photo ID, we cannot give you your badge to attend DemiCon. At the door registration and pre-registration badge pickup officially opens at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 29.
A group room block with special rates has been reserved for DemiCon. This year rooms are $90 per night. This room block closes April 1. Please make your reservation before then to ensure you get a room.
When you book your room, make sure to ask for the DemiCon room block (or code DC27) to get the special rate.
To make your reservation, please call the hotel’s reservation desk directly at 515-278-4755. Please use this direct phone line to the hotel, because Holiday Inn’s 800 number does not successfully place you in the room block with the discount.

The hotel does allow animals on 1st floor only. They cannot be taken up to other levels.
At this time there are no more dealer table spaces available. For more information or to be placed on a waiting list should any table spaces become available, please contact our Dealers’ Room department head by selecting Venues & Programming >> Dealers using our contact form.
Each person working a table is required to purchase a convention membership. Convention membership is not included with the cost of the table(s).
Let us know if you have any special requirements: wall space, electricity, table space but no tables, specific number of chairs, etc.

You can purchase your DemiCon Memberships at the door if you miss the preregistration. There will be weekend rates, day rates, Explorer Passes and Explorer Plus Passes. Please bring your Photo ID to register.
$60.00 weekend adult (full con access)
$25.00 weekend child 5 to 12 years of age (full con access), must be accompanied by an adult
Free for children 4 and under (full con access), must be accompanied by an adult
These one-day rates are full access for ages 5 and above, and expire at midnight:

$40 Saturday
$20 Sunday (free if you purchase DemiCon 26’s early registration)
Children 4 and under are free.
Explorer Pass for Friday or Saturday: $20
One day only, expiring at midnight.
Same membership rate applies to all ages 5 and above.
May only purchase one during the weekend, but may upgrade.
Not allowed on 5th floor.
Explorer Plus Pass: $45
Valid for the entire weekend.
Same membership rate applies to all ages 5 and above.

We are currently accepting registration for the DemiCon 27 Masquerade and Cosplay.
You must have a DemiCon 27 membership to participate.

The deadline for receiving any mailed art show submissions is April 15, 2015.
All artists must complete their submission and registration paperwork.
