The DemiCon Dealers’ Room capacity is 28 table spaces. For DemiCon 29 we will be holding a juried selection for our vendors. This means that all prospective dealers will need to submit a Dealers’ Room application to be considered for having a space for vending at DemiCon 29.
Applications must be received before 11:59 PM Central Time on
September 1 December 1, 2017.
Please carefully review our DEALER ROOM RULES/GUIDELINES prior to completing the application.
Selections will be made during the first two weeks of September. An email will be sent to each vendor the week of
September 17-23 January 1-15 advising if they have been selected or if they are being placed on the waiting list.
Dealers will be required to pay for both convention memberships and their table space before their selection is considered final. The confirmation email you receive in September will include a summary of your application to confirm your information. Once your information has been confirmed you will be contacted with payment details.
If a dealer does not complete their payment or changes their mind about joining us for DemiCon 29 then those table spaces will be offered to those on our waiting list.
