Your registration is picked up at the convention. We do not mail the memberships to you. Remember to bring your Photo ID so you can pick up your badges. If you do not have your photo ID, we cannot give you your badge to attend DemiCon. At the door registration and pre-registration badge pickup officially opens at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 5.
You can purchase your DemiCon 28 Memberships at the door if you miss the preregistration. There will be weekend rates, day rates, Explorer Passes and Explorer Plus Passes. Please bring your Photo ID to register.
$60.00 weekend adult (full con access)
$25.00 weekend child 5 to 12 years of age (full con access), must be accompanied by an adult
Free for children 4 and under (full con access), must be accompanied by an adult
These one-day rates are full access for ages 5 and above, and expire at midnight:
$30 Friday
$40 Saturday
$20 Sunday (free if you purchase DemiCon 26’s early registration)
Children 4 and under are free.
Explorer Pass for Friday or Saturday: $20
One day only, expiring at midnight.
Same membership rate applies to all ages 5 and above.
May only purchase one during the weekend, but may upgrade.
Not allowed on 5th floor.

Baring a few 11th our changes in reservations the Holiday Inn is sold out. Please contact hotel@demicon.org in order to be placed on the waiting list or to find out if rooms have opened up due to cancellations/changes.
There are other hotels around that you can stay at if you wish.
The hotel does allow animals on 1st floor only. They cannot be taken up to other levels.
Tables spaces for DemiCon 28 are $35 each, with a strict limit of three table spaces. Each person working the table needs to also purchase a convention membership.
We are no longer taking applications for the Dealers’ Room for DemiCon 28.

The DemiCon art show is open to all interested artists, both professional and amateur. The art show allows artists to share their work with our attendees. We promote Fantasy and Science Fiction art by helping artists to display and sell their work.
In the Art Show Main Display area we show original works of art, 3-dimensional art, and single copies of prints of original art. Unless an art piece is marked “NFS – Not For Sale”, our convention attendees may bid on, or buy via quick sale, any pieces in this area. Attendees will also be able to vote for the show’s best amateur artist, professional artist, amateur art piece, and professional piece of art.
The Print Shop area will contain pieces for immediate sale. Pieces in the Print Shop are usually prints or reproductions of published artwork (book covers or magazine illustrations).
The Artist Workspace is open to attending artists, who wish to work at the convention, perform demonstrations, and create works of art to auction for charity, share ideas with other artists and anything else that they wish to do. This will be located outside the Art Show itself.
Masquerade and cosplay registration is now available. Rules, information and registration form are on the Masquerade and Cosplay page located in the Programming section of our website under Contests.

If you or your organization is interested in hosting a room party on Friday, Saturday, or both nights of the convention please visit our Room Parties page and complete the sign-up form.
All room parties must be registered and will be placed on the 5th floor of the hotel.
No parties are permitted anywhere outside the 5th floor.

If you would like to run a panel, workshop or some other programming at DemiCon 28 use our Programming Sign-up form to make your submission.
We will do our best to accommodate any needs or requests.
Once the programming schedule has been finalized you will receive confirmation of which day and time we have you scheduled for.
