For our October DemiCon Lite we will be supporting the Des Moines Superhero Heart Run. The event is a fundraiser to provide support, education, research and create awareness for congenital heart defects.
Because this is a fundraiser there is a cost associated with registration. However, you can also support the cause by volunteering at the event or by simply attending and giving encouragement to those that are running and walking.
