Registration Rates
Registration rates for DemiCon XII (May 4 - 6, 2001) are as follows:| Through April 1, 2001 | $30 |

How to Register

OR... register and pay on-line with your credit card, using the PayPal eMoney service.
NOTE: If you have not used PayPal before, you will be required to set up a PayPal account as part of your payment process. There are no additional fees charged by either PayPal or DemiCon for the setup process, and there are no fees for maintaining a personal PayPal account. All information gathered by PayPal for the establishment of your account is kept completely confidential; PayPal does not share any of your account information with DemiCon.
Be sure to include the following information with your payment for each person you are registering:
(NOTE TO PAYPAL USERS: we can get your address information from the "Shipping" information included with your payment confirmation, but if you are registering more than one person at a time, or want to request a special badge name, or want to verify your birth date so that you can receive a "drinking badge," you will need to send a separate e-mail with the information to info@dmsfs.org.)
- (Real) name -- first and last
- Badge name (the name you want on your badge, if different from your real name)
- Street address (PayPal users: we can get this info from your shipping address)
- City, state, and zip (PayPal users: we can get this info from your shipping address)
- Phone number (with area code)
- E-mail address (optional)
- Birthday -- day, month, and year (not optional if you plan to drink our alcohol during the weekend)
