News & Convention Updates

Important dates and deadlines

All times are US Central Time. We’ll update this list as new deadlines are published.

February 1, 2024Application deadline to be a vendor in the Dealers’ Room.
March 15, 2024Deadline for panel and other programming submissions.
March 31, 2024Program book submission deadline (e.g. advertising space purchased, etc.).
April 1, 2024Discounted registration ends and price for a convention membership increases to full price.
April 10, 2024Hotel room block expires. Make your reservation before to ensure you can get a hotel room.
April 21, 2024Online registration closes. You can still register, but now you’ll need to do it at the door.
May 1, 2024“Must be received by” date for artists mailing their art to DemiCon.

Help DMSFFS “Stuff the Bus”

Stuff the Bus is an annual book drive with a goal to collect 24,000 books for children from birth to middle school. The greatest need is for early childhood books — birth to age 8. Books are donated to childcare centers and child-serving programs in Dallas, Polk, and Warren counties.

DMSFFS is collecting books at DemiCon. Please drop off books in the Art Show.

DemiCon 35 T-Shirt

You can now order you DemiCon 35 t-shirt. T-shirts are for sale online only and will be shipped directly to your home. There will be no shirts available for purchase at the convention.

DemiCon is an interactive adventure with all sorts of amazing ways to be involved. You can view the schedule by date and time, by panelist name, or by the name of the panel.
