DEALER\u2019S ROOM APPLICATIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The DemiCon Dealers\u2019 Room capacity is 28 table spaces. For DemiCon 31\n we will be holding a juried selection for our vendors. This means that\n all prospective dealers will need to submit a Dealers\u2019 Room \napplication to be considered for having a space for vending at DemiCon \n31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dealer tables are $35 per table (strict limit of 3 tables), and a \nconvention membership will be required for workers at your table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dealer Room Application<\/a><\/center>

DUE DATE: Applications for Dealers’ Room must be received before 11:59 PM Central Time on February 8, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selections will be made during the two weeks following February 8. An email will be sent to each vendor the week of February 15 \u2013 February 29, 2020 advising if they have been selected or if they are being placed on the waiting list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dealers are required to pay for both convention membership for dealers\u2019 table spaces. If selected, your selection is not final until we receive payment for the membership and table spaces. The confirmation email will include a summary of the application to confirm information. Once confirmed, you will be contacted with payment details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will have until 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, March 26, 2020, to make your payment. If you do not make your payment by the deadline, we will open your table space to the next vendor on our waiting list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is no secret that DemiCon would not be what it is without the help and support of all our vendors! As a small token of our gratitude, all dealers will receive the benefit of the early registration price of $45\/adult through March 26, 2020 This early registration price will be extended to yourself and any additional employees needed to staff your dealer\u2019s table. The price of your registration does not include the price of the tables. The price per table will be $35. We do have a limit of three (3) tables per dealer. We hope you can come join us at DemCon 31, Legion of Demicon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DEALERS\u2019 ROOM RULES & GUIDELINES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Permit and Sales Tax:<\/strong> The state of Iowa requires \nthat all dealers collect and remit Iowa sales tax on dealer table \npurchases. Please have your tax permit with you during the convention as\n you will be asked to provide this information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weapons:<\/strong> All edged weapons and other sharp, \nbreakable, or potentially hazardous merchandise must be displayed in a \nsafe and appropriate manner. Do not sell swords, knives, etc., to minors\n without the permission of the minor\u2019s parent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Display:<\/strong> Please display any adult-themed merchandise in a tasteful manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safety:<\/strong> No open flames allowed (e.g. no burning of \ncandles, incense, illudim 348, lit canons, etc.). Do not \u201cflow\u201d your \nmerchandise and displays into the aisles or other dealer spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sound:<\/strong> Music and video are permitted in your dealer \narea. However, please keep the sound to a volume that does not annoy \nyour neighbors. If it is too loud, you will be asked to turn it down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food Vending:<\/strong> Dealers cannot sell food items because of hotel regulations on corkage and food vending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Membership:<\/strong> DemiCon membership is not included with \nyour table(s). Every person who will work your table must have a \nmembership, and badges must be worn at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set-Up and Tear-Down:<\/strong> You must vend all three days \nof DemiCon. You must be set up and ready for business on Friday at 2 \np.m. and continue to conduct business during all of the Dealer\u2019s Room \nhours until 2 p.m. Sunday. You cannot dismantle your tables until Sunday\n after 2 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
