To ensure that you receive the group rate and rooms please consider the following:

• Group rates and inventory are guaranteed only until the published reservations deadline:
• Rooms and group rates may not be available for reservations made after this deadline: April 22, 2010.
• Room rates do not include a 12% tax.
• A credit card is required to confirm and guarantee your overnight reservation.
• Please be aware that the hotel cannot accept checks upon checkout.
• Reservations may typically be cancelled prior to 6pm without penalty.
• If you do not cancel your reservation prior to 6pm the Hotel will charge you an amount equal to one night's room and tax per room reserved.
